Created from the developer’s experience as a physician performing dermatology and cosmetic laser procedures. This is a game, not a substitute for clinical training or medical care.

Personal records
Progress is stored on this device. Connect a passkey account to carry clinic progress to another PC. Videos and personal practice records stay on this device; use the records menu to export backups. Backup includes procedure, clinic and practice records. Download treatment media separately.
How does the world ranking work?
Only eligible personal-best fee records enter server verification. Ranking uses the verified fee, with newer registrations first for a tie. Fully completed, verified patients count. After 8 fully completed patients or 2,500 C net income: two consecutive fee increases and a new personal fee record. Queue acceptance resets the increase count.
Treatment video
Treatment video saves a highlight MP4 and a cover PNG together when a clip is available. The image includes the case, time and four skill scores.
